| | 3D Printing | March 10, 2017 | What up?
Right at this very moment, I am roaming around the Traffic & Conversion Summit in Downtown San Diego (~10 min walk from my spot).
It's my first time attending and since tickets start at about $1000/person -- I am expecting it to be damn good. They are expecting about ~4000 attendees and the speaker line up looks good.
So, this weekend, I'll be hanging out with some of the best online marketers in the game.
That's what I am up to.
Watcha up to?

"..Inside the person who acts superior who seems to have a big confident ego, is always the hidden fear that he might be inferior. And his whole acting out is to compensate for that hidden fear of being inferior..." - Eckhart Tolle | Get a data science job, guaranteed If you're looking to break into a new data science career, look no further than Springboard's Data Science Career Track: the first bootcamp to offer 1:1 mentorship with data scientists from companies like Facebook, Uber and Jawbone, personalized career coaching, interview prep and a data science job guarantee. Click here to learn more>> | | Polaroid - polaroid3d.com Looks like Polaroid has released their 3D Pen in Europe. Polaroid has been going in an interesting direction in the past few years and this should be an interesting "warm up" product for 3D Printing among children. | | Raspberry Pi - raspberrypi.org Holy cow. A Raspberry Pi Zero with BLUETOOTH and WiFi just got released for just $10. Insane. | | Artec - artec3d.com Looks impressive, but I haven't seen any real life results. There's a comma missing on the website, but it looks like this thing is $25K (!). Given the price tag, I assume it gets the job done? Maybe. All I know is, most 3D Scanners suck. | | Mike Moceri - makeros.com After an entire year of public beta, MakerOS has released it's first public version of their platform. If you are unfamiliar MakerOS is a business management tool for 3D Printing, design and light fabrication services. Think of a dedicated UPWORK like platform just for 3D Printing. | | General Fabb - fabbaloo.com Color 3D Printing certainly looks cool - and I wouldn't mind playing around with it. Nevertheless, this is a good read. | | Clare Scott - 3dprint.com Apologies for the ad-ridden website, but considering the fact that it was International Women's Day a couple of days ago -- this is relevant and useful. | | Capucine Lonjon - sclupteo.com Covers several "not so obvious" angles on 3D Printing. Good read. Especially regarding "supply chain disruption". | | Ani - asianage.com Take this with a grain of salt. I didn't see any legitimate links to any studies. Allegedly, it claims that there might be potential for "greener 3D Printing" using cellulose acetate. If you are a chemist or familiar with materials science, let me know if this is B.S or not. | | Digital Alloys - digitalalloys.com A while back, I mentioned a fully automated 3D Printer company called NVBots. Looks like they have spun off their metal/alloy 3D Printing technology into a new company called Digital Alloys with a solid round of financing from several well known VC's. | | General Fabb - fabbaloo.com If you are an ambitious nerd, here's a weekend project for you. | | | You are receiving this email because you believe that the best startup articles and videos are made by active members of the startup community.
