| | 3D Printing | January 13, 2017 | Hey you.
How are things?
I've been frantically drinking obscene amounts of Theraflu to get rid of some early Flu like symptoms.
Also, decided to binge watch a bunch of shows recently (like: Narcos, Stranger Things, The Exorcist and Westworld) -- Westworld is SOOOO GOOD.
Anyway, I got a short digest for you this week.
We'll be covering:
1.) Mark Zuckerberg's 3D Printed dog 2.) Some advanced DIY projects 3.) 3D Printed prosthetics 4.) The Cel Robox Kickstarter 5.) CES 2017 highlights 6.) Supercraft3D out of Singapore.
That's it.

See you next time my friend! Dilanka
----- Favorite Quote this week: I shared a dark suspicion that the life we were leading was a lost cause, that we were all actors, kidding ourselves along on a senseless odyssey. It was the tension between these two poles - a restless idealism on one hand and a sense of impending doom on the other - that kept me going. Hunter S. (YouTube Mirror) | | Thomas Sanladerer - youtube.com Cool DIY Project -- just in case you are looking to scratch your home DIY itch. | | Stefanie - diy3dprinting.com Well, this is not really a standard (easy) DIY project. It's got a propane/oxygen welding torch for god sakes. In either case, still interesting. | | Make - youtube.com This is an interesting concept, but it looks like it's poorly executed. Hopefully this will inspire others to improve upon this design and make a better version of this idea. | | TCT Magazine - tctmagazine.com It's always cool to see folks using 3D Printing to improve the lives of people in need of low cost prosthetics. This is another good case study -- by one GE Engineer. | | Cel - kickstarter.com Cel makes very interesting 3D Printers. I've seen them in person at CES 2016 and can confirm the engineering quality. Looks like they are running a Kickstarter for some new peripheral products. Check it out if you are interested. | | Engineering - engineering.com Obviously not a comprehensive overview, but if you missed CES 2017, this is a decent overview of some of the highlights. | | SuperCraft3D - supercraft3d.com This is a singapore based company that just raised $1M. Looks like they are working in the 3D Printing/Orthopedics/Medical space. Don't know much about the details though. | | | You are receiving this email because you believe that the best startup articles and videos are made by active members of the startup community.
