3D Printing | June 03, 2016 | Hey you.
Hope things are well with you.
In this week's digest, we will be covering: Affordable 3D Printers, How Animation Studios use 3D Printers and a new company claiming to be the UBER of 3D Printing.
I just ordered In My Own Way by Alan Watts, so I'll be diving into that this weekend. I also watched Citzenfour (Edward Snowden Documentary) - It was excellent.
Anyway, I have a question for you: Why have you subscribed to this 3D Printing Digest and are you getting what you signed up for? If not, how can I help?
I would appreciate it if you could hit REPLY to this email and let me know your thoughts so I could get an idea of what your goals are.
Thanks again. You are welcome. | | Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft - phys.org A short piece on how an Animation studio uses 3D Printing. In order to produce the puppets facial expressions, LAIKA designs, models, animates and paints the faces in the computer, then uses color 3D printers to produce tens of thousands of slightly different facial expressions. | | Cornell University - YouTube Interesting. Cornell researchers have come up with an interactive prototyping system that prints what you are designing as you design it; the designer can pause anywhere in the process to test, measure and, if necessary, make changes that will be added to the physical model still in the printer. | | | You are receiving this email because you believe that the best startup articles and videos are made by active members of the startup community.
