Papert, The Father of Making Dies at 88

If you are a self-proclaimed "maker" then you probably, or should, know Seymour Papert and his works. He envisioned 1 laptop per child and students constructing knowledge rather than getting instructed -and his ideas were way before his time. Seymour passed away this week at age 88, read about his legacy and you will soon see why he was one of the fathers of this thing that we now call the "maker movement".
